Disabled Access
A wheelchair entrance gives access to
all the ground floor exhibition areas of the Centre. Stairs
low rise and have robust banisters but no wheelchair access
is currently
provided to the upper floor. A virtual tour of the
upstairs rooms, on video, is provided in the ground floor
reading room.
There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor.
All displays are lit by concentrated multiple spotlight
systems and there is an illuminated magnifying reader in
the reading room.
